We want to ensure your pet safety gear arrives quickly and safely. This policy outlines our delivery methods, processing times, and shipping fees.

1. Order Processing Times

• All standard and promotional orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse.
• For custom laser-engraved products (like our Personalized ID Tag), please allow an additional 1-2 business days for production.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Insured Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking details are automatically emailed to you the second your package leaves our warehouse facility, allowing you to follow your delivery online.

3. Shipping & Handling Fees

• Promotional Free Items: Our promotional "FREE" items are subject to a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $9.95 per item. This fee covers priority fulfillment, premium packaging, safe transit insurance, and carrier rates.
• Shipping fees are calculated dynamically and displayed during checkout Step 2 and 3.
